overall contribution to the institution.
Academic Excellence (20%): Consistently high grades (Tests/JCs/Seminars/Basic
sciences)
Clinical Proficiency (20%): Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills and patient care.
Publications & Presentations (15%): Research published in indexed journals or
presented at national/international conferences.
Research Contributions (20%): Engagement in short study, research projects. Securing
research grants or institutional funding.
Leadership & Community Service (5%): Participation in organising events, student
councils. Involvement in social service, dental camps, or outreach programs.
Professional Ethics & Conduct (20%): Exemplary discipline, behaviour, and
commitment to ethical dental practice

Recognizing a postgraduate student excelling in areas beyond
academics and research, such as arts, sports, entrepreneurship, or
social impact.
Achievements in Extracurricular Fields (25%): Awards or recognitions in arts,
music, dance, sports, or public speaking.
Entrepreneurship & Innovation (20%): Start-ups, innovative ideas, or
contributions to dental business models.
Social Initiatives & Volunteering (15%): Active role in NGOs, community
service, or health awareness programs
Cultural Contributions (25%): Active participation in cultural events, theatre, or
inter-collegiate competitions.
Leadership & Motivation (15%): Inspiring peers and juniors in extracurricular
domains.
STUDENT OF THE YEAR AWARD- POST GRADUATE
1. Required Documentation
Applicants must submit a portfolio with supporting evidence including:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) highlighting academic achievements, clinical training and research activities.
- Academic records including internal assessment marks and certificates of academic excellence.
- Clinical work documentation demonstrating clinical skills through case summaries, treatment records, clinical photographs and radiographs.
- Publications and presentations including copies or proof of research publications and conference presentations.
- Research contributions such as dissertation work, short studies, research projects or grants received.
- Certificates of academic and professional activities including workshops, conferences and programs organised or attended.
- Evidence of leadership and community service including participation in student councils, dental camps, outreach programs and oral health awareness activities.
2. Evaluation Process
- Applications will be reviewed by an evaluation committee constituted by the organizing body.
- The committee will assess applications based on the defined scoring criteria.
- The decision of the award jury will be final and binding.
3. Submission Guidelines
- Applications must be submitted before the specified deadline.
- All documents should be submitted in a single compiled PDF portfolio.
- Incomplete applications or those without supporting documentation will not be considered.
EXCELLENCE IN NON-COLLEGIATE ACTIVITIES AWARD POST GRADUATE

- Certificates of achievements in arts, sports, cultural events, debate, music, dance or other extracurricular competitions.
- Evidence of entrepreneurship or innovation such as start-up initiatives, projects or innovative contributions with supporting documents.
- Proof of social initiatives and volunteering including participation in NGOs, community service activities or health awareness programs.
- Documentation of cultural participation including certificates, event photographs or records of inter-collegiate or institutional cultural events.
- Leadership and organizational roles such as involvement in clubs, student committees, event organization or team leadership.
- Supporting evidence including photographs, media coverage, certificates and achievements.
2. Evaluation Process
